Once an order has shipped, an email notification will be sent to track your package; unfortunately, we won’t be responsible for lost or stolen packages scanned as delivered. If your order is lost in transit (hopefully not) or delivered to the wrong address (let’s make sure it’s correct before shipping), customers can file a claim with USPS.
